So if some locations on first slide indicate county jails Marshall Services/ICE uses by contract, & ICE is now moving to consolidate, own/operate new, larger detention centers, I assume states/counties lose revenue in the consolidation? How is essentially ending migration sustainable on any metric?

They are going to run out of undocumented folks and non citizens before they run out of concentration camps. Who else will they be locking up?
They don’t need that level of detention capability for immigrants. Who are they planning on putting in those concentration camps?
