The third design of The Unbound builds upon the second while taking a more mechanical and visually distinct approach to the character's proportions and appearance. This iteration also demonstrates his mastery over time by taking inspiration from hourglasses, seeing sand flowing through his body between his limbs, and tattering and tearing his grand cape showcasing that while time continues to wither it, The Unbound is unaffected.
This second design of the immortal overlord of The Hour Glass, The Unbound, is a natural evolution from the original; using many of the same colours, design cues, and overall silhouette as the first iteration with strong Egyptian influence from the headdresses of ancient pharos. The repeated use of circles and hour glass imagery throughout the design is to better emphasise the characters connection to time and his control over it.
