![On October 9, 2009, I was notified by ASA Barbara Burns about Jeffrey Epstein possibly violated the non-prosecution agreement. Epstein, accompanied by his body guard/trainer, Igor [Zinoviev/Zinoview], showed up to a deposition on one of the victims. The deposition was to be held at the attorney for the victim (VZ) office. Epstein was to be phoned to participate in the deposition. Epstein walked Into the lobby and stood directly in front of the victim VZ. Epstein stared at her and whispered something to the bodyguard while smirking and pointing at the victim. The victim burst into tears and left the deposition. As Epstein was not allowed to any contact with the victim, ASA Bums is seeking prosecution on Epstein for violating the no contact order. I recommended she contact the AUSA Villafania for assistance on the no contact prosecution. As the incident did not occur within the Town of Palm Beach, This is for the file only.
