Two OC characters, one male and one female, loosely based on the cryptid: The Jersey Devil. They are both humanoid however have goat-like features including ears, horns, noses and legs. In fact, they would be more like satyrs if it weren't for their long tails with forked tips and bat-like wings sprouting from their backs. The guy on the left is named Japh and is 2/3 the height of Debbie, the girl on the left. Japh is wearing a red collared, very baggy polo with dark grey athletic shorts. Debbie is wearing a white button-down dress shirt over top a red turtleneck, both tucked into dark grey dresspants. She is also holding a clipboard... most likely checking off tenants as the two are both landlords.
