outsource labor and make them hold up deadlines and quotas to incentivize them to not do their job but LOOK like they are doing their job. outsourcing moderation and administration tools like this is dangerous not only for quality of moderation but also security of the platform. it has been shown

time and time again that these "moderators" are willing to shill out their login creds to admin panels for cash. And while this isn't a problem unique to outsourced labor, it happens more often when you outsource to a foreign country with much lower minimum wages and pay them nothing so they do
