There are several images out there of an analemma that includes a total eclipse. It's called a tutulemma. There was an almost complete (no missing days) one that included the US eclipse last year, but I can't find it right now.

The change in the sun’s position has never been more evident to me since I moved to 59°N here in Westray. The difference between sunrise at mid-summer and mid-winter is around 70° angle (guesstimated) - straight out the kitchen window in winter and obliquely to the left in summer.
