To our queer and trans family. As we head into the holiday season and the world outside darkens both physically and politically, we want to take a moment to remind you that you are loved; that you are deserving of respect, safety, and the right to be whoever you want to be.

Boston Pride 2023 was a rainstorm. It was one of the QT Library’s first major public-facing events. Our Executive Director, Emily Ann Talley, demonstrated to everyone just what the QT Library stands for: how even in the stormiest of times, we will bring the vibrance and the light. As the QT Library’s Founding Executive Director, co-founder, and Clerk to the Board, Emily’s leadership shaped the organization immensely. That’s why we want to share with our community that Emily has stepped down as the QT Library’s Executive Director and will be moving on to new adventures.
