IMRNext just updated me with this fantastic email saying that they might have a delay during the holiday season.

Yes I'm aware of the NDA I had to sign, but I've also completely given up hope that they'll actually refund this. When you have to wake up 4 times each night to feed two underweight little creatures, a random company that scammed you across the world is the least of your concerns.
