Ramos & Fortier: Photo shows the "Arrow 2.0," a Canadian-designed electric vehicle (EV). It was designed at Carleton University, Ottawa, and built at Ontario Tech University’s Automotive Centre of Excellence, Oshawa. The zero-emission concept vehicle was developed by the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA).
