Recipe for herbed egg bites Olive oil, for muffin pan 6 large eggs ¼ cup sour cream ¼ cup milk ¼ tsp kosher salt tsp pepper 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped ½ cup dill, chopped ¼ cup chopped chives 1. Heat oven to 350°F and oil 12-cup muffin pan. 2. In large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix in parsley, dill and chives. 3. Divide egg mixture among prepared cups (about ¼ cup each). Bake until just set in center, 12 to 15 min. Let cool 5 min., then remove from pan.
