2️⃣ @who.int ’s Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu urged delegates to focus on the core operational elements of PABS and to ‘look for the middle space, where sovereignty meets global solidarity’. He also reminded delegations that they are not starting from scratch and should build on existing capabilities.
