Interesting that they put it in terms of 'trust'. I wouldn't have thought that though obviously artificial systems can be reliable/unreliable, they can't be *trustworthy* -- trust is a reactive attitude, and artificial systems aren't appropriate targets for reactive attitudes. or something!
