Meanwhile, SPOT tells me they only got 45k spins for my tracks this year while Apple says 150k. Couple that w the better payout… Bandcamp matched my income on all streamers combined this year. But I get that it’s different for every1. Get my music on Bandcamp or Mirlo & I will be incredibly happy.
And it’s like this every year - I do better on Spotify than every other platform because 1) more people use Spotify than all the other platforms, with the exception of YouTube (but certainly more paid users) 2) way, WAY more exploits for discovery thru curated playlists than all the other platforms
