Sen Mike Lee admits the Save America Act is not for Utah. Because Utah is a ONE PARTY state. A Republican only state. So the PURPOSE of the Save America Act is to suppress voters in OTHER States.

So most of the MAGA in my suburban middle class surroundings are not dumb by any means. They are just purposely blind. They say they know the orange man is flawed, but that they support conservative policies. They truly believe that the SAVE act will prevent fraud. That’s what Fox News tells them.
First, win the midterms. Then win 2028. Democrats have to beat MAGA twice—not just to save the country, but to give the Republican Party a chance to become sane again. America deserves better than this.

I'm not MAGA, but I have a brother who supports trump. He is not stupid, he is a corporate bank VP. Smartest person in our family. He told me in the 90s that trump was dangerous and corrupt. He supports trump because trump is transferring wealth from people he scorns to him and his entitled buddies

So far no responses, so here's my theory. All of the above. MAGA is a coalition of the diabolical and dumb-as-dogshit. The cult leaders have weaponized both of them. And even after all these years, normal people are still struggling to believe that either group is as awful as they are.

People do what they THINK will make them happy. Smart people look carefully at the situation and act accordingly and actually do that which makes them happy. Stupid people jump to conclusions and do that which makes them unhappy.

The SAVE Act is going to make things a problem for the ultra-conservative rural areas, because they're going to have to rely more on birth certificates. No wonder the GOP is against it. So, why is tRump so freaking fired up for it? Statistics have already shown GOP holds less passports than Dem too!
