Dad is 78 and dealing with memory loss and we're working on helpful routines. He used to be a "watch man" but stopped wearing 25 y/ago after a wrist injury from falling during an evening hike in Athens. My son selected this Tissot. We thought having a watch again might help anchor his daily routine.

(Had to try it on first for quality control, obviously.) It's been good seeing him check his wrist with that old familiar gesture. I think small consistent touchpoints can make a real difference when memory gets unreliable - not an expert in the area though.
