I have read with interest the allegations made by this person. To me it is still an allegation unless proven guitly in the court of law. I wonder whether this person is an unhappy client, a competitor or simply dislikes this Mr. Brian Evans. If your claims are true... Why not provide case numbers/docket numbers, police reports, and evidence that you are NOT FLIPPING your currency transaction. THAT IS NOW ILLEGAL. Many EURO Providers do not have the funds to do currency exchange...What 99% of these so called EURO Providers do is to sign a contract with USDP using MT103 or Bank to Bank contracts for billions of dollars they do not have. Once contract has been signed, they use such contract to trigger credit line. In some instances, they work with bankers who would place their signatures on BCL to support the EURO Provider. But, the BCL they cannot be verified by SWIFT, PHONE, FAX or EMAIL to the actual bank( arranged between friends). Lastly, if the police have gone to take your statement, then you would have a case number...lf that is true that this Mr. Brian Evans has defrauded so many people...Why Scotland Yard has not gone after this man. You have his address, and my guess is that, that is his private residence in Scotland... Complains, and warnings are best received with solid factual evidence. If you would like readers to take you seriously, then, may I suggest you provide verifiable evidence to your claims. And, why would the police disclose to you that Mr. Evans was being investigated and that he had defrauded people from ten years ago?
