How exciting! My granddaughter is 9 and starts another season of softball soon. Her 6 yr old brother is in little league. They live 90 minutes away but we go to as many games as we can. Enjoy your daughter’s last season!🥎

I love this! All those Saturday’s waking up before the sun to get my daughter to the field and the pride of her making it to the college ranks was well worth it. Man, when it was over I missed going the field to watch her play. Enjoy!!!

Awe the memories. My granddaughter played D1 and now she is assistant coach of a D1 college. My husband and I followed her travel ball team in our motorhome.
Softball doesn’t have kickoffs.

I’ll be doing this at the end of May for my baseball player. He should get drafted if he stays healthy but you never know when you are watching them for the last time.

My daughter is a D1 gymnast. It’s her junior year and I’m already a little choked up thinking about next year. We are sports moms for so long. We all know it will end some day but I’m not certain I’m ready for it.

I worked as the play-by-play man for University of Utah softball for a couple of years, right before they got their spiffy stadium built so I was out in the Utah spring elements under a canopy—those ladies put in some WORK. Got to see PAC12 powerhouses, softball is a culture! Here’s to a great year!
