"Kingdom Protista" ("Protozoa") does not exist: some protists are more closely related to Animals, Plants, or Fungi than to other protists. They share no genetics, morphology, or ecology. "Kingdom Monera" is similarly artificial: Archaea are more closely related to Plants, Animals, & all other eukaryotes than to Bacteria
Members of "Kingdom Protista" are found on / between every major branch of the tree of life.
