The heartbreaking loss of UPenn student, Sarah Katz, in 2022, should be a wake-up call. Highly caffeinated drinks, without notice, can be dangerous. My bill (HB2377) is simply calling for restaurants to label their menus and inform individuals on which drinks are high in caffeine.
