I was proud to attend a bill signing with Gov. Shapiro this week. H.B. 2378 allows seniors to not count the face value or interest earned of savings bonds when they apply for the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly or PACE Needs Enhancement Tier, otherwise known as PACE and PACENET.
