A reference for a Xurkitree/Jolteon Fusion known as Ramiel.
Pronouns It/He, described as alter and impulsive, as well as being hard to settle.

The description reads as follows
"A Jolteon thought lost to a very rare instance of an ultra wormhole.
In reality, a Xurkitree took pity on its weakened form when exiting Ultra Plant and fused with the poor soul, granting it new life and vigour, unburdened by memories of old.

Ramiel is hard to get a read on, one second it's calm and reading the room the next it's already sprinted off to the next point of interest. Getting it to slow down is a fools errand.
