Halvar, "Terrifying Avalanche" I'm finally getting back into drawing again! I've felt so drained this month... but I managed to get a drawing in time for my 2025 recap!! 3 more months to go... I tend to fluctuate on the hair lol Halvar was made this month (09/13/2018, my dad's japanese bday of all things) He was inspired by the Walrus from Pingu. Yes I am dead serious. Similar to how I nicknamed the scary image "Kuroji" that Kuroji is based on (I use They/Them pronouns to differentiate the two. The one in Reiryoku gets He/Him pronouns), I nicknamed the Walrus "Halvar" because they don't have a real name. Just referred to as the "Giant Walrus". Halvar's design is honestly one of my favourites. Whenever I'm in a creative burnout, I usually draw him to warmup. I wish I had his outfit 🥺

Tayen, "Irrational Masquerade" A nonbinary Wendigo that often portrays as other Characters to hunt their prey. With this Ability, they're able to have any additional Ability that said Character has. Though, the shapeshifting process only lasts a day, and usually Tayen gets caught up having the Character's friend(s) conversing with them. Tayen is an ancient Character with an insatiable hunger that values food over everything else. Ohanzee gets along well with them. Tayen is usually unamused and bored in their cave, but they tend to hide their expressions with a mask they carved out of bone + mouth is hidden from clothing. Their mask-shaped horns help detect those nearby via vibrations. Even despite the fact that Tayen wants to remain expressionless, it doesn't stop them from wanting to become an actor... Other than that, nothing else is currently known about them. Ohanzee does try his best to pry out details, but Tayen rarely gives in... what's stopping them from doing so? theres a design clash and the reason that is is because of alts which i perceive as different personalities hidden within one person hence the dna ribbon with 亖 (4 = bad luck number read as shi ((死)) part of the tail is made of clothing the spinal tail inside is the real one (which is a reference to hiding within yourself) i took way too long deciding how to design this Character than normal but i settled with a bizarre design clash that makes sense at the same time?? it's kinda like my music style atm speaking of which, i should compose more. Also for those who are wondering why a Wendigo is in Reiryoku, it's because i'm part Ojibwe Indian and I wanted to respect my heritage (same situation as Ohanzee)

She's part Stegosaurus Youkai and part Kosenjōbi Basically she lost her physical body long ago to those who deceived her (hinting at the whole AI concept in FW), so now she lives underground so the people up above won't share her fate. her ability is "to manipulate verisimilitude" she wants to be validated, but since she's essentially an intelligentsia like Zanmu, people on the surface can detect what/who she is. 「古戦　晦火」 Kaika Kosen "Kaika" can either be from Emperor Kaika (The 9th emperor of Japan), or the Kaika Youkai (mysterious fire) i added "戦" to represent the whole Artist vs AI battle but it also came from 古戦場火 (Kosenjōbi) she's technically a crossover OC - Touhou and Reiryoku.

Kuroji Sayaki, "Monochromatic Jack of All Trades" Kuroji was originally was made to cope with my phobias (i have a few sadly...) and fears of that one thing you made years ago, but i took creative liberties. Yes. He's based on the image. ((I tend to also call the image "Kuroji" because of my OC. Augh)) This text stuff is out of order, but basically a Nue botched Osya/Kuroji's design terribly for personal reasons. Though, Kuroji's and Genkei's designs were based on the same thing because Genkei suggested "We should maintain the whole Yin-Yang idea" (Embracing Unity). But anyway Kuroji became a con artist that sells counterfeit spell cards that only resides in Alleyways. Due to this, he would only get a few customers. Though, he was ostracized by society and now he struggles to pay his therapist as a result. Trivia time! •Kuroji's age, 349, is goroawase for Left Wing - 左翼 (sayoku). The meaning of this is of a (literal) Bird's Left Wing. This, in theory, makes Genkei the Bird's Right Wing. The Bird symbolizes that they're altered concepts of what was once a whole being - and of the same colors, aesthetics, species, etc. What was that said being? The Inspiration. •Genkei and Kuroji have a lot of differences despite being based on the same thing: Genkei has color while Kuroji doesn't ((the line art is a substitution for the color black - it's a part of my style)) unless he eats something), Genkei's shirt is more abstract than Kuroji's, Their hair appearance and textures are different, and Both have opposing Elements. Gen Yorugumo WANTED to be subtle about the inspiration for Genkei •Kuroji's broken checkerboard isn't only there for show - it means he is incomplete.
Cavir (EDEN 2 according to the RR 1 Script), "Celebrated Knight Splattered with Crimson" Obscure OC i made in 2014 that was never heard from again... until today. Also i took the Tenkai route and made Cavir a tomato laugh

I originally made these images to cope through seeing the original Shoutout to Phubans tho Kuroki is a wild card (get it) and i was told that this grin of his is genuine. I suppose that's what happens when you draw angry OCs for a decade.

Moloch/Gilirash, "Disasterate of Wrath" A Bunrei of a False God. Moloch, after being accused of gaining power via sacrifices, he divided himself to create Gilirash. He is mix of a bull, lion, phoenix, and a dragon. (Even though he was inspired by multiple mythologies and gods, his official name is still Moloch. "Gilirash" is a name he gave himself to avoid backlash) He took the form of a Spirit to take over the Spirit World, ended up in Grande Bellion, and was tempted by Eron into "getting his power back" (when Moloch divided his Spirit, his power was also split). Gilirash was powerful, but he wanted more of it to overcome Dion (He hates when you say his name). Eron gave him more power to counter the arid and religious Country, Syphke (Of the Risen). As of Chapter 6, Gilirash raided in the Pyramid of Issa (The King took notice too late) so he could wipe out the Syphians out of pure spite. The Protagonist beat and sealed him, though. After Chapter 6, the people of Syphke celebrated by creating effigies and burning them to the ground in remembrance of Gilirash's terror upon their land.
Desmond/Pecco, "Embodiment of the 5th Seal: Sin" A dullahan based on the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse... and Sekibanki from Touhou Project. He's Sin personified. Yeah i took quite a few creative liberties with this design. I added some hidden details, from Desmond's abstract crown, to the amount of θ's he has on his (altered) Léine, to even the swirls in his hair resembling 6s. As for his horse, Rattles, purple is considered the color of Sin in Grande Bellion (only a select few Countries, though.) Rattles likes grapes so Desmond has them on his Staff for convenience. Rattles is quite docile and is very loyal to his owner. His horse is based on my skeleton horse from Minecraft Pocket Edition years ago (of the same name) but due to a glitch, he turned into a pig😭 I made Rattles become a Reiryoku character as a tribute because i really liked him... long live Rattles!!!!🥺🩷🩷🩷🩷
Linus, "Astral Tarragon" (Alyssa's main OC) Linus is an OC of Alyssa's that dates all the way back when she was 6 years old. She even gave him a Representative Color: #49fbeb The "49" in the hex code is goroawase for 北 (Hoku - North) This is my way of saying that Reiryoku is a northern project.
Vikaldi (+ his disguise), "Notorious Necrothief" An eccentric Elf Necrothief that tends to steal valuables with ease. He was deemed a "Collage" by many, but he eventually got followers. His disguise appears in Chapter 7 as the Protag hears beautiful music playing from the Mall Plaza. Vikaldi, in lore, was named after Antonio Vivaldi. Rivel, his henchman, is extremely loyal to Vikaldi and eventually attempts to avenge him after the Protag got the police to escort him to jail.
Gaultier, "Complementary Restoration" Rivel's human form. He's finally restored in Chapter 26 Been developing more of this OC lately Throughout Reiryoku, Rivel becomes increasingly more violent and his reserved persona fades away. When he's restored, he's not playing anymore games. He wants YOU gone. Only to get beaten again. At this point, he waves the flag of defeat. As for the Staff? Vikaldi (a notorious necrothief who lived in Varienci for most of his life) stole it from the Holy Wars Battlegrounds: Spearal Colossus, an abandoned battleground that has weapons scattered all over, with a giant Staff up at the podium. The Characters of olden times believed if you could pull the Staff from its podium, you'd be granted immortality. Gaultier has that Staff. So is he immortal now? He wasn't the one who got it, though. Vikaldi, during Chapter 26, is a Vampire (thanks to Axis, a fanboy of his) so... 🤔 Maybe that's just a myth the ancient Characters made up anyway. Also fun fact... Rivel/Gaultier NEVER refers to the Protagonist and Palette as "Characters". Does he believe he's living a real life? Either he's in denial or he's just being disrespectful. Time will tell which is true.
2025 Portrait of Reiyuu Himeji, "Condemned but Timid Sinner" Previously known as Princess Oriana, she was spoiled and wanted more power, but it cost her life. Now she's a Ghost that cries at the thought of confrontation. "Reiyuu" is an anagram for "Yuurei", probably hinting something about the Spiritual Judge barring her from the Afterlife because of her ways when she was human... Reiyuu isn't even vengeful; She's just severely sad.
Yago Namikawa from Takoizu Oni, an Ao Oni Fangame made by Loki5376! (Not to be confused with Yago Ametsukana from Len'en Project) I put my own spin on him based on his recent sprite.
Akakyan no Tokugawa, "Fierce Warrior of the 12th Sector" Design is based on a character an old friend made for me. I decided to change them entirely to fit the Chapter's plot Also Akakyan used to be human but had fox tails? So now it's foxlike feathers Because his name is based on Ieyasu Tokugawa, I took some liberties and gave Akakyan a magatama-inspired design (magatamas in Reiryoku represent divinity) Despite having "no" in his name, he doesn't belong to any clans so it's silent. His family is of nobility, though. He currently works for Cain's EDEN Army as a Commander. He used to work for Xerxes until he died. The fact that Cain took power straight after his death felt a bit suspicious to him, but he brushed it off like nothing...
(Normal) Zenmi, "Irreparable Memory" Welp you guys i did the unthinkable my cancelled Project from 2019-2020 "Zenmi Project" was personified. Their species is "WIP", meaning that they're extremely underdeveloped, hence why they can glitch out. They're a merchant and mischief maker, too. They travel around the globe to sell and trade goods. At one point during the Rikasias Timeline, a Demigod named Elige mentioned to them that all of the Characters are living in a Canvas dubbed "The Reiryoku Project". Knowing the Zenmi is a Project themself, they got jealous that they weren't important at all in the eyes of the Gods and decided to spread the word about Elige's theory, causing "The 10 Year Project War" to occur within 2289 BP - 2299 BP (BP = Before Purification). Zenmi is very secretive individual who values personal gain over everything, including relationships and self care. No one knows why they were created nor how they turned out so underdeveloped, but Zenmi wants to make sure that their name is heard throughout the Heavens to the Gods who forsaken them. This character is basically a jab at me in more ways than one, but I CAN FINALLY LIKE ZENMI NOW!!!!!! ...but in a different form. @bullet hell engines 💖🥹
Rivel (AWAKENED), "Undead Retaliation" Finally decided to post this. Rivel changed Classes as part of a Revenge plan to get rid of the Protags who locked Vikaldi up back in Coraldiase. He hired Halvar (a Walrus; you'll see him later) to go after the Palette for them to pay Vikaldi's massive bond, but that backfired. The multiple colors on Rivel's hood is Gouache (Chinnin and Reiryoku blood). I drew the Portrait's lineart some time way back when and colored it only recently. I did finally fix his bow, though. I'm quite proud of it. Anyways, I'm feeling a bit better than before! Gonna order groceries soon and might watch TV. Y'all have a good night/day AND REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER🥺🩷
2025 (Protag) Portrait of Azulerus, "The Fallen Leader" A character that I cherish dearly. He leads a group of Fallen Angels and was rumored to be the Savior who would defeat Apophis, but rejected the idea due to his grudge. (This happened millennia ago) Azul was once an Inspiration (Reiryoku term for Celebrity), but he was mummified to prevent others from recognizing him. However, they recognized his wings, and so he fled back to his Tower in an underwater chasm. Now that he's traveling with Alyssa, he's preparing himself for what's to come. He uncovered his face from his ribbons that he's entirely wrapped with, but... his right arm is a bit of an anomaly, as the arm itself is made up of healing magic. (Think of Kasen Ibaraki kinda.) The right arm is a facade. Azulerus doesn't really like talking about what happened with his arm except to those he trusts. That's why it took him like 15 something Chapters to discuss what happened during The Holy Wars, a massive and historical war between the Angels, Demons, and Spirits. Of course, he regrets what he's done, but it seemed like Dion and such didn't really like him to begin with... His story gets cut off by an Awakened Rivel who is trying to shoot lead arrows at Alyssa's Palette. Wait... I haven't showed him off, have I?? I'll post that after this.
Priscilla, "Eternal Memento" this is Interva's special disguise to help the protags throughout their journey that and since Interva is an "Inspiration" (Celebrity) in Grande Bellion, she needs to be careful when approaching the Palette. she's in this disguise to help the protags stop Serventus cuz honestly she hates what he has become... i was inspired by Beniko from Midnight🩷 also Priscilla's design is gold because of the phrase "golden hour" fun fact i had an old OC named Priscilla and, now that i looked up the meaning for it, fits Interva's disguise super well After the events of Chapter 15, Extra Stage (DECEIT ROUTE), Interva realized how ditzy she was and didn't want to be taken advantage of any longer. What a queen🥹 She basically goes adventuring, too... just in secret. Also Interva has simps especially in Coraldiase and Junete Random Grande Bellion fact: most of Coraldiase's people originally came from Junete long, long ago when Characters discovered that you can use water-elemental powers for safer travels in large bodies of water. Back then, if you were a water element, you were "Blessed by the Gods" and, naturally everyone wanted to be one. thanks for coming to my ted talk
Tatenen, "Hundred-Handed Risen Oni" Once a Syphke Pharaoh long ago, he helped Northette and Iyuu Watanabe seal Apophis to save his people. Unfortunately, the seal wouldn't last that long. Despite that, Tatenen gave up his royal title to future Syphke Rulers because he believed he served his purpose. Most of his people revere him for his bravery and honor, while others theorize why an Oni became a Pharaoh in the first place. Though, that was just common in Grande Bellion long ago. He's based off of an Ao Oni Fangame (Meganai Oni/Isis Oni R made by Loki!) Egyptian Onis are apparently in that game and I was like "HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM LEMME MAKE AN OF BASED ON THAT IDEA" I have yet to show Meiko Yago but she was based on Takoizu Oni, made by the same developer. I wonder if the two Characters know each other... that would be a very interesting connection
2025 Portrait of Interva, "Gorgeous Temporal Maiden" This is her portrait for Chapter 15, Extra Stage (as a cameo) Believe it or not, this is Interva's very first outfit i drew for her way back in 2017 (just without that fidget spinner thing attached to her waist) This outfit is basically like a nightgown of sorts it gets cold where she lives so she puts this on at night when she wants warmth this outfit is apparently very cozy for her (and it was handmade by her Mother years ago. Her Mother is unknown, but is rumored to be a Hermit) i will show her main outfit eventually
Anastasia, "Netherworldly Eraser Maid" created by Eron, her duty is to erase Dion's drawings from the Canvas ...That is, until she came in contact with King Shounara The two eventually fell in love, but they can't reveal anything quite yet... 😭 Anastasia (or Anna if you're good friends with her) tends to clean Shounara's Castle very often because Shou is a massive germaphobe She's also really good at cleaning his Breathing Pipes when he's feeling icky... with Erasers Naturally, Erasers are very deadly to Drawings BUT Anna can wield them with ease and is able to clean Shounara with no problem at all So it's only fair that he'd fall for her Semi related but the reason why i made a Maid Character was cuz i wanted Shounara to have a buddy🥺 he was rather lonely inside his Castle before so i was like "ehh making another OC won't hurt" i'm also revamping Chapter 15's lore as well to fit with the Trio it was kinda a mess before anyway so yeah🥲 enjoy the Demon Maid
Shounara Gharoke, "Forsaken Melodious Ruler of the Yellow Land" A Shō forsaken by the Gods for putting people in hypnotic states He's the King of Xanthi, a Country that was once rich with Scholars until he showed up Now the country is in ruins good job Also did i mention that he wants to marry Sumiko (he "adopted" Kuroji because of this) he wanted to get with a female Artist and create an Army so Xanthi would be the greatest Country in Grande Bellion that and he wanted to one-up the Gods that cast him out good thing that didn't happen in the end
Kuroji Sayaki (AWAKENED), "Yin that Increases Adrenaline Once Seen" Sumiko (his mother) finally was able to redesign Kuro after he was extremely miserable with the design Gen tricked him with He's not religious, but he managed to get a Design anyway Genkei'll get an Awakened Form eventually also this design Kuroji has won't be encountered within Reiryoku Project. Rather, it'll be used similar to how Brave Frontier evolves/uses their Units also how tf did i make a connection between a creepypasta thing and chinese philosophy I have Sumiko to blame for this /lh (she represents Wuji) The Chapter that Kuroji debuts in is called "Desire and Deceit" (DaD) keep in mind that Sumiko is not married hmm... strange i'll have to figure this out
