Okay so it would take a bit of fussing on our part SO this is a genuine question. Is there anyone who would be interested in me streaming Pokopia, the ditto life sim, when it comes out? (I'm pretty sure March 5th is my streaming anniversary but I'd have to double-check the days.) [two eyes looking to the side emoji]

We have a Switch 2 from an indulgence purchase last June but it's downstairs. I also have enough eshop credit from our single Black Friday purchase of Nintendo eshop cards from Costco.

Entering and leaving a different building afterwards or restarting the game fixes it. Every time you enter and leave the hotel again, regardless of what you do in there, the framerate tanks again. I have two playable characters on my island, and I *only* get this problem with the character that has built the first room. I can enter and exit the hotel with my other character just fine, performance isn't affected then. It's a strange one but hopefully it will be patched.

Why were Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and one Vanguard retracted?
The Indie Game Awards have a hard stance on the use of gen AI throughout the nomination process and during the ceremony itself. When it was submitted for consideration, a representative of Sandfall Interactive agreed that no gen AI was used in the development of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. In light of Sandfall Interactive confirming the use of gen AI art in production on the day of the Indie Game Awards 2025 premiere, this does disqualify Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 from its nomination. While the assets in question were patched out and it is a wonderful game, it does go against the regulations we have in place. As a result, the IGAs nomination committee has agreed to officially retract both the Debut Game and Game of the Year awards.

Each award will be going to the next highest-ranked game in its respective category:

Debut Game: Sorry We’re Closed
Game of the Year: Blue Prince

Both à la mode games and Dogubomb have been notified and were invited to record acceptance speeches. Since the IGAs premiere took place just ahead of the holiday break, we expect both acceptance speeches to be recorded and published in early 2026.

Been a while but I wanted to do a "status update" of sorts.

After not having a PCP for almost 10 months I was able to see my new one last Friday. One bonus of this is that I'm able to trial a medication I had been looking into last year. I should be starting it today but it often doesn't show results for 3 to 5 months. It doesn't usually have serious side effects but there is a chance I might be hit by them anyway and end up more absent online because of it.

If the medication does help though, I'm hoping it will let me return to streaming and creating things more actively. I really miss creating. Long Covid and ME/CFS are just brutal.

I know I'm behind on a few incentives for various things from the last year and I do plan to complete them. But thank you all so much for your patience. I appreciate you!
