"Enzo? *Well, shit—* I'll be damned! The old Lion pay you enough for this night shift crap?" The annoyance and pure, *unbridled rage* in said man's long-suffering sigh was practically *palpable* between them in the chilly night air. "*Si*," He finally grunted, "Though *not enough* to put up with the likes of **you**, *stupidia ragazza*. What do you want?" "Your boss needs me, per usual." She scuffed the toe of her battered converse against the cobbles underfoot, arms crossed over her chest, "You gonna let me in? Or are you gonna make me stand out here like a jackass?" The silence that stretched between the two of them was extremely tense, and for a moment, Sadie considered making some smartassed comment to spur Vincent's right hand man further— *Something about high blood pressure finally taking him out*— however, the gate swung open right as the thought occurred.
