Aged amateur photographer and dabbler in code. I live in Hampshire in the south of the UK.

Four 1.5 metre tall ventilation shafts sit in the lower right corner of the frame, looking like worshippers on their knees. On the white urban church wall behind to the upper left of the shot is a huge dark wooden cross.

The southern end of Botherswater, a small lake in Cumbria, UK. Three bedraggled sit on the edge of the water, filling the frame. Behind the trees are green fields, and further back hills rise on the left, right and in the centre. There are stone walls in the fields and on the hills. The sky is mainly cloudy with patches of blue. The scene is mostly sunlit, but the hills have darker patches of shade.
