His teaching of “say what you do, do what you say” translated so much more in situation. It provided motivation as I had to tell myself to get better and stronger, so then I had no choice but to do it. Coach always invited me and included me to the team.

Today I got to step into the ring and be motivated by him again. Everyone in that ring knows they have a coach for life. Thank you Coach Tyrone Bradshaw for this amazing moment and most of all your support!
