A stranger with a magic spewing gun. His right arm is larger than his left and it is made of metal. Likely to deal with the recoil of aforementioned gun. I meant for his hat to be a cross between a cowboy hat and one of those straw samurai hats, but made of metal. Why does it have talismans hanging from it? Same reason as the mask; I think it looks cool. Or perhaps it has something to do with the wound on his face? Probably both.
