Text transcription: but Lakiir hadn't seen it. Had ignored it. In favor of dying with Zenos. That, Zenos would not allow. He wraps his arm around Lakiir, pushing himself up and trying not to disturb the rabbit too much. He catches a glimpse of Lakiir's face. Bruises stain his skin, blood drips from his lips. Once, having caused this and having it caused to him in turn would have brought him joy - and in a sense, it still does. The rabbit had given his all against Zenos, holding nothing back, and taken what Zenos gave in return. A beautiful dance, and one that Zenos no longer wanted to end.

Lakiir pulls the stranger onto his back, grunting with the effort. While he could survive out here, the man he'd found wouldn't.

He sits up, a confused look on his face as he tries to see through the darkness at what he tripped over - rocks don't make the sound of chain.
A Viera shivers and rubs his arms as he makes his way through a blizzard. It's dark, and hard to see.
