RTC @robloxrtc.com · May 11 Soon, Roblox will no longer require a Plus/Premium subscription to publish new games for all ages. Instead, once your game has completed the evaluation process, you can pay a one-time refundable fee of 1,000 Robux per game.

This fee will be refunded to you after three months unless the game gets moderated or taken down. If you've had a Plus/Premium subscription for 2 consecutive months, you won't have to pay this fee as benefit of your subscription. Past published games won't be affected and remain published for free.
