That may be some database flub, because I also see that profitability comment in the entry for China Southwest. Turning a profit during the Cultural Revolution would have been a hell of an achievement!
Aha, this is left over from an error I caught! They had a blurb confusing PSA with Southwest. I told them to fix and they did, but apparently only fixed part of it.
