Ok so here some samples. Took what I had most at hand. I wish the battery wasn't dead so I could take it outside. I'm thinking an adapter, dc-dc converter and a power bank might be a cheap solution

Love the resourcefulness of rigging an adapter, converter and power bank just to take it outside. That tinkering spirit is half the fun.
