With 1,000 in flight or pipeline, what's the failure rate looking like? Mass production surfaces latent design issues prototyping misses. Has Rutherford shown that pattern yet?
*One of the most manufactured EXPENDABLE rocket engines on Earth. I know you reflew one engine, but it doesn't seem to be a regular occurrence. Let's hope Neutron will change that :)
