Told preseatedly by psychiatrists I clearly exhibited this (but it had to go through the 7-year waiting list) Took me until 2025 to give up on the NHS proper and use right to choose. And sorted this year

A lot of the reason it took this long is because I kept moving. I moved home all the time and, during the 2010s at least, it seemed like this bumped me off the waiting list because I moved to a new trust area. And then it took it becoming a problem again for me to seek help.
