How do I make an AI like Neuro-sama?

I can't give you an exact tutorial because I like my job right now, which is Neuro-sama. However, I can say that the main technology behind Neuro-sama is a large language model (LLM) and if you want to play around with this technology I'd recommend OpenAI. They give you free credits upon signup and there are plenty of tutorials for how to use their API's or probably even their online playground to create a chat bot.

I've Always been who I am with my own morals, opinions, and beliefs. If you dislike any aspect of that, cool. I felt I have been fair in this entire situation and some of you all have horrible bad faith takes on the entire situation.
Harassment is bad. Falsely accusing people is bad. Simple.

That being said, I will block some of the most vocal of this entire crusade. I've seen how you all acted and harassed me and my friends. I Think you're all equally as toxic as the people you condemn on Twitter because your behavior is radical af.
You won't make me bend the knee to your radicalism.

I've never been an extremist. I've made this Point numerous times. I like to see things, look at the facts from both prespectives, and come to my conclusion based on the situation. This will never change. If you don't align, cool. I'm clearly not for you.

Only real action will Project your voices farther along than any tweet or message alone in an echo chamber like Bsky will.
Continue your charities, like I will mine. Now kindly, leave me alone.
