Neymar in some weird Dark Magician paraphanelia from Yu-Gi-Oh

The hood has a circlet of spikes like a crown at the top of it. Regal shadees of gold and red set against a darker puple hue are throughout their armour. They look much bulkier than the standard sleek hunter, with an unsual set of armor on their arms that seem to have a huge slab on one shoulder and a gold ring bending away from the other.
