On an aerial rope, a lady is set in a position that is upsidedown, her top leg pinning her in a kind of star shape and her other leg is where her hand is that will act as a fulcrum when she lets that top leg go. Her other hand has a bit of the rope and there is a gap. When her top leg unpins, it steps through the loop and she lands sitting on that bottom hand.
