Suffolk Sue @ruralsuffolk.bsky.social · Apr 30 Got new hens yesterday. Posh birds as couldn't get to last rescue and hybrids sold out where tried. All now in the outdoor run and enjoying the sunshine. Original two now seem resigned to their existence and peace has reigned after some initial pecking and bullying. Phew! What lovely ladies!
How wonderful to have these beautiful new ladies in your run! Love their names too - and looking forward to seeing the colourful eggs they lay! They might have been a bit flighty but I hope they are settling down now and becoming acquainted in a dignified manner.
