The weather has turned very cold for the last few days, and won’t warm up for a couple of days. Not planning to leave the house till Monday.
Had a nice lunch with a friend, had very good burgers. Went window shopping. Came home to laundry. So productive.
Been a rough couple of weeks for having my meds at regular times. Been thrown off a few hours morning and evening. Almost forgot tonight.
So I have done 4 years of doing journaling or at least a few lines per day. Is the last year of a 5 year journal.
Just switch to my 2024 day calendar. I feel like year is a nice chance to keep up good habits. Also listening to blues live records is a nice way to end the day.
I keep forgetting who I sent Christmas cards to this year.
Went to toys r us to see what toys are on sale. Picked up some stocking stuff.
Been enjoying roasting marshmallows out on a fire at night before it gets too cold. Is a nice way to relax before getting ready for bed.
Have to remember to throw this note book to add to blue sky
Been having a tough time with my family. Thank god for aunts.
Been feeling the weather change hard this year. Snow was a shock yesterday.
Been feeling under the weather the last few weeks. Sleep is rough, been trying to remind myself to push for better.
Been feeling stressed by end of summer.
As I kind of try and calm down to be clear about what I expected. I need to value my own mental and emotional health, but is hard for me.
So my mother got the letter I wrote her. I felt good after sending it off. But after some txt I don’t know if she realizes what I was saying in it.
