The blue sky hangs above its watery reflection like a predator, not seeming to move, but moving gently as clouds do. The sandy rim of beach has grown its edge as the water retreats out on low tide. Little shells make up the difference for sand and creatures wriggle & dig in their world, oblivious to the bigger world happening around them. 📷 Gabrielle Ahern
A bench sits in the sun, in front of it stretched out is Moreton Bay, on its way out to meet the ocean at low tide - a long term relationship with no end. A couple of branches lean over the top of the frame, its leaves like those on palm trees, long, slender and green.
