One of the interesting details from the announcement of the 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee muscle trucks is the reasoning behind using a Quad-cab body. Only 3% of truck buyers opt for two-door trucks. That stat doesn't bode especially well for Slate's prospects.

same reasoning was behind the 2dr SRT-10 6spd becoming a quadcab auto just wasn't enough buyers looking for the original combo, although they are probably worth more now

That's only because no one wants a 2-door pickup that doesn't also have crank windows, Sam

I mean, they could also offer the quad cab because they don't have a regular cab and they aren't going to tool up for such a limited sales pickup.
