Of note, this case is filed by the same lawyers representing Diego Pavia, and in the same court where he won.

All four athletes have at least two years in JUCO, with three (Bellamy, Griffin, and Smith) challenging the Five Year Rule. Lambson is within the Pavia blanket waiver, but -- not initially knowing about it -- signed with an agent and now challenges that rule.
