Sam Lewis @saml.dev · Feb 16 Our oven was spewing gas every time we used it so we had to replace it. We decided to take the plunge and go with induction. It’s good! Definitely an adjustment at first, still figuring out scrambled eggs haha

We did the same switch last year (natural gas to induction) and I'm really happy with it now. Didn't love it at first but 1. Barely any heat coming up around the pan 2. Spills clean up so easy cause the surface never gets super hot 3. Boiling water is insanely fast
