Khris to Kiara; Though Khris and Kiara are not related by blood, due to his close nature with her family, he considers her to be his niece. Having known her since she was a toddler, it comes naturally to him. He absolutely adores her, and would sacrifice anything to keep her safe. Her cheerful disposition disarms him, leads him to smiling, laughing, and joking more. He believes she's a little naive and tries to lead her in the right direction. Often spoils her. Kiara to Khris; Kiara has known Khris to be her uncle since she was very young, and she never questions it. She loves him, finds safety and comfort in his presence, often referring to him as a grumpy teddy bear. She comes to him for help with things that she can't go to her fathers for, typically things like messing up with schoolwork, or needing help so that she doesn't get in trouble. She appreciates his wisdom and help. She thinks he could be kinder to himself, and relax more.
Khris @ Markus; Considers Markus to be one of their closest friends-- they met for the first time in the Belito when they were young, and have grown a strong camaraderie from missions together. Thinks that Markus is competent, hardworking, and strong, trusting them implicitly in battle. Is often charmed by their cheerfulness and bubbly nature, and concerned whenever they feel down, though its them with the understanding of a person who also suffers. Wants to continue supporting them. Markus @ Khris; Thinks that Khris is a very interesting person-- stubborn and emotionally constipated, but very competent and emotional. Admires khris' action-oriented way of thinking, and wishes to keep up with him in that manner. They bond with khris not just over battle, but over books, movies, and music. Markus, dealing with mental illness themself, appreciates how Khris understands and even sympathizes with them. The two of them form a nice support system.
