Thanks! For context, this was on Win11 and I'd mistakenly clicked on the wrong shortcut on the taskbar while hurriedly turning my PC on to do something urgently. So I'd noticed I'd asked Vivaldi to start up, and then tried to close it ~immediately. If they want to try reproducing, I... like tabs.
