Hey Jack, Hope you're well. I am a (very...) occasional Wikipedia editor. I think the "TLDR UK = main channel" confusion arises from it simply being named "TLDR News" rather than, say, "TLDR News UK". The lack of a qualifying suffix can be interpreted as it being the default / main channel.
