Satoru Inoue @satoruinoue.com · Apr 20 First ramps of the season. Was ordering from Xoco and noticed "Chef Jake's Tender Mussels (Giant tostada)". It's a tlayuda (I think), with mussels, ramps, 'nduja. Very interesting combination.

Chef Jake as in Jake Potashnick of Feld. Nice to get something like that since I'm probably not making it to Feld anytime soon—I have made the argument that if we're getting a babysitter, expensive meals actually make more sense, but there's only so many of those we'd do in a year.
