I didn’t Get a Hugo Nomination And that’s Okay I knew it would be a long shot to get nominated.. But you know what? I’m glad I submitted “The Fangirl Diaries” anyway. It was still worth campaigning for. We need more diverse voices in fandom works. And I’m very thankful for everyone with a World Con membership for their nominations and support!

Hey All! addressing a hot take that’s been going viral... ’ve been in the cosplay community for 20+ years. As a theater kid and someone who loves dressing up, I lived for masquerdes! Masquerades, or cosplay contests have been my highlight of attending cons whether I was in it or watching it. I learned so much about my craft. Above all, I didn’t care about winning, I cared about the memories and friends I made!
