Oh lala! 👌 That's sorta what I'm thinking of... I imagine a cold winter evening, you walk by the Fire Cream stand (see other reply), you choose various flavours to go in a lil' (possibly isolated) cup, and now you have something nice and warm to eat on your way. What is holding scientists back?
