Gluten free thick country gravy mix. 800g King Arthur gluten free flour. 800g dry coffee creamer 250g buttermilk powder 150g granulated garlic 150g granulated onion powder 100g coarse ground black pepper 200g pink salt (Himalayan not curing.) 100g cornstarch 15g xantham gum 36g agar agar 35 g thyme leaves
About 2lbs of garlic ramps trimmed to be similar size as green beans. Also called garlic scapes. Washed and drained in a colander.
