On September 15, 1935, the Nazi government passed two new racial laws at their annual National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP) Reich Party Congress in Nuremberg, Germany. These two laws (the Reich Citizenship Law and the Law to Protect German Blood and Honor) became collectively known as the Nuremberg Laws. These laws took German citizenship away from Jews and outlawed both marriage and sex between Jews and non-Jews. Unlike historical antisemitism, the Nuremberg Laws defined Jewishness by heredity (race) rather than by practice (religion).

It has a more limited role which does not involve making policy. The principal question which the court addresses on this appeal is the meaning of the words which Parliament has used in the EA 2010 in legislating to protect women and members of the trans community against discrimination. Our task is to see if those words can bear a coherent and predictable meaning within the EA 2010 consistently with the Gender Recognition Act 2004

Ten. We must support "good" Americans who oppose the MAGA regime. Europe shouldn't deliberately antagonise Trump's America, but it's wiser to view his government as an enemy not a friend. Even should Trump fall from power it will take decades to rebuild any trust in America. However, we mustn't hate the American people despite the strong temptation. Indeed, half of America hates what's happening as much as we do. That half of America needs to know that we're on their side and wish them well. It will boost their morale as they work to defeat MAGA . The changes required in this grim new world are upending. They'll reshape our government, our country and our own lives. But if we don't grasp this particularly painful thistle the world which awaits may well take our government, country and our own lives and rather than upend them, destroy them. A time of monsters is a time for action.
